Want Space?

The entrepreneurship@UBC Space provides space for UBC-affiliated start up companies for a period of 6 to 12 months while the company reaches the stage of acquiring dedicated facilities.  The entrepreneurship@UBC Space is an open office concept facility, located at the UBC Point Grey Campus in the Gerald McGavin Building.

There are two packages available:

Package A – Dedicated Space
Package A is aimed at companies that are established and have team members that will be working on-site the majority of the time.  Participating companies are offered the following amenities:

  • Mailing address
  • Locking file cabinets / small storage
  • Access to a meeting room (6 to 8 person capacity), with whiteboards, phone and LCD screen

Cost to participating companies is based on the number of dedicated cubicles required.

2 cubicles $150 per month
3 cubicles $225 per month
4 cubicles $300 per month
